Atlassian is looking for a kick-!@$ French-speaking Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer passionate about solving our customer's hardest problems and closing our largest enterprise deals. You will report to SE Team Lead and partner with the enterprise sales team and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian's customers, strategize on how to navigate enterprise sales cycles, provide compelling demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and close business.
Main responsibilities include:
- Discover and assess client needs that relate to the use of Business or Enterprise Agility and map these to Atlassian capabilities
- Assist Atlassian customers in evaluating their current Atlassian footprint and create Cloud Migration & Adoption strategies
- Investigate and assess client problems; map client requirements to Atlassian capabilities
- Configure and provide compelling presentations to customers and prospects, communicating the value and difference of the Atlassian platform while showing how we solve their challenges
- Help us to level up the Solutions Engineering team through knowledge sharing, feedback loops, and adoption of industry standards
- Partner with product management to identify areas of opportunity to grow Atlassian's platforms and products
- Represent Atlassian at Agile conferences and partner events and training; supply whitepapers, analyst relations, and blog posts.
More about you We want a dynamic team member who will both teach and learn from our dynamic and growing community. On paper, you have at least 5 years of experience working with enterprise customers in a pre-sales, consulting, or delivery capacity with a focus on the challenges businesses encounter when adopting Software as a Service solutions and achieve Transformations through new ways of working (such as Agile, DevOps or Agile@Scale). More importantly, you can interpret complex problem statements, boil them down into solutions, and collaborate with prospects, channel partners, and the Atlassian sales team to find winning solutions. You're equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, working with executives or talking shop with technical audiences. You'll need deep familiarity with challenges faced by SaaS offerings in the EMEA Markets and have experience or familiarity with the Scaled Agile or Lean Portfolio solution spaces. As a bonus, you can wow us with your vision for how these solution spaces come together to unleash the potential of teams.
