It’s an exciting time to be at Infoblox. Named a Top 25 Cyber Security Company by The Software Report and one of Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2020, Infoblox is the leader in cloud-first networking and security services. Our solutions empower organizations to take full advantage of the cloud to deliver network experiences that are inherently simple, scalable, and reliable for everyone. Infoblox customers are among the largest enterprises in the world and include 70% of the Fortune 500, and our success depends on bright, energetic, talented people who share a passion for building the next generation of networking technologies—and having fun along the way.

We are looking for a Field Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team (remote US), reporting to the manager of Sales Operations. In this remote role, you will support Infoblox’s regional sales operations and provide direct field support to assist with territory development, creating synergy for the sales organization. You will work with a team of global and regional sales support analysts to assist in a multitude of functions, including data entry, quote support, sales pipeline management, and process development/improvement.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a strong, growing, successful, and innovative organization. Infoblox allows you to thrive in a unique work environment where the emphasis is on career growth, excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

You’re the ideal candidate if you are organized, detail- and action-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and able to wear multiple hats throughout the day. You are also a great collaborator with natural problem-solving abilities who is driven to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with our American sales team to provide support with quoting, Salesforce.com administration, and data analysis
  • Work to identify issues and find solutions to improve sales processes
  • Analyze sales data and provide executive-level reporting—executive staff, sales vice presidents, and sales management for the Americas region
  • Provide data stewardship to include regular updates to Salesforce.com, policy documentation, work procedures, and video tutorials
  • Drive regional adoption of reports and dashboards defined by Global Sales Operations
  • Champion the adoption of processes and policies defined by Global Sales Operations
  • Coordinate and actively participate in UAT and post-deployment testing
  • Provide field enablement and adoption support
  • Coordinate projects, including updating documentation, managing scope, adjusting schedules, determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones, following proper escalation paths, and managing relationships across the organization

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of sales operations or marketing experience, plus experience in a SaaS/IT company
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Experience with sales ops systems like Smartsheet, Clari, Tableau, or Signavio
  • Experience with data analytics and strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to accurately enter data using multiple external data sources
  • Excellent people and project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks from concept through implementation, meeting tight deadlines
  • A track record of creativity, innovation, and being a self-starter
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills along with a strong business sense
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets as organizational priorities and deadlines shift
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%)
  • Relevant BA/BS degree required

What success looks like:

After six months, you will...

  • Understand the Infoblox sales processes, business architecture, key stakeholders, and their roles
  • Be engaged in Salesforce.com opportunity flow and tracking priorities
  • Be able to interpret business application data and what it means to the Field Sales organization
  • Understand the Quote to Cash process

After about a year, you will...

  • Analyze existing toolsets and make recommendations for efficiencies
  • Lead discussions within Field Sales teams on upcoming enhancements and review data set analytics
  • Represent the team on corrective action requests and resolutions with Field Sales and cross-functional business units
  • Identify ongoing areas of improvement and be comfortable escalating them for review
  • Execute on assigned project administration and lead key activities from initiation to closure

We’ve got you covered:

Our holistic benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness—as well as a great work environment, employee programs, and company culture. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 401k with company match and generous paid time off to help you balance your life.
