Job Description

• Supports & Creates of content in B2B
• Platforms using Content Management System(s) incl.
• Translations Support in Testing Activities within Versioning & Rollouts.
• First level support for regional requests related to standard features & functionalities of B2B Platform(s) supported by local IT Experts Operational Support & Maintenance incl. User & Rights Management
• Support of Region with Trainings, Know how Transfer and local workshops Support in KPI Tracking & Web Analytics

Qualifications

• English on a level B2
• Experiences with B2B Commerce systems (e.g. Hybris, Magento, others) SAP ERP processes know how is a plus.
• Experience in media asset management, CMS and CRM Systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated abilities to handle multiple concurrent requests effectively with varying tasks and priorities
• Interest to learn new processes of all integrated relevant touchpoints of B2B eCommerce Portal
• Database Management
• Database Administrator
• User Management and creation
• User Administration
• Willing to work onsite
