Position Summary:
Sea Mar Behavioral Health Department in Vancouver is seeking a full time Case Manager to join it's High Acuity PACT program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, client screening, assisting mental health providers with client management, referrals, facilitating groups, backup for support staff, and medical records.
