Hourly Wage: $17.66

Position Summary:

Sea Mar Behavioral Health Department in Vancouver is seeking a full time Case Manager to join it's High Acuity PACT program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, client screening, assisting mental health providers with client management, referrals, facilitating groups, backup for support staff, and medical records.

Education and/or Experience:

• Associates of Art’s Degree in Behavioral Health, Health Sciences, or related field.
• Applicable work experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Candidate must demonstrate respect and appreciation for diversity and have an understanding of the community system.
• Computer proficiency and customer service skills preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred not required
