As a technical baseline manager on our team, you'll work with Booz Allen colleagues and Department of Defense (DoD) clients to analyze, architect, engineer, integrate, test and deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) systems. You'll develop, integrate, and manage Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and Models-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) products. You'll provide technical advice to senior program managers and executives on space system and segment design and test issues to inform major program decisions. You'll perform systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews, technical evaluations, and requirements verification. You'll analyze problems, develop technical reports, make recommendations, and work with government and corporate stakeholders to implement recommended solutions.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in leading a te chnical team working on large-scale space systems integration and systems engineering on space vehicles, OPIR payloads, and TT&C subsystems
• 5+ years of experience leading a team performing system engineering on a space- related Major Defense Acquisition Program, including space, ground, software, or hardware system
• Experience with leading a team in the development and management of te chnical specifications, interface control documents, concepts of operations (CONOPS), architectural designs, and integration and test plans
• Experience leading requirements and interface management efforts for a major program
• Experience coordinating and presenting te chnical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards, including configuration control, or engineering review
• Experience with Micro soft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
• TS /SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Gen OPIR, FORGE, WSF-M, or EWS
• Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches to manage system definitions and technical baselines
• Experience with SysML, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, or DOORS NextGen
• Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 /02
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification
