Job Summary

Comcast's Experience Design team is redefining how customers access and enjoy entertainment and digital home services across all channels—online, mobile and TV. Our product designers are responsible for concepting, building and delivering amazing products that align with user and business goals. The Lead Designer will be focused on our consumer facing entertainment experiences. You’ll join a team covering a wide array of needs, ensuring cross-team collaboration in pursuit of best-in-class experiences.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Rapidly drive iterations of existing products (UI specs, UX guidelines, information architecture and user flows and design patterns) to project completion
  • Deliver production ready UX designs in alignment with overarching business and UX goals
  • Serve as liaison between UX team members on different parts of large projects; communicate regularly with Engineering and Product teams
  • Prototype as a way to explore a concept or provide a proof of concept for executive review
  • Proactively review contending products and recommend design solutions that differentiate Comcast’s products from those of competitors

What you’ll bring with you

  • Work samples that demonstrate experience working in a product delivery role
  • Passion for, experience with, and knowledge of the current entertainment landscape
  • Some experience working within a design system understanding rules and best practices

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Relevant Work Experience

7-10 Years

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
