Description:
This position will be the Associate Manager supporting the (IAD) Mission Area. The selected candidate for this role will lead a team of analysts and be the deputy supporting a Mission Area and two (2) Divisions. Additional duties, but not limited to financial leadership across IAD, monthly forecasting accuracy, the QFR EAC(s), LRP development and strategy, proposal support, customer reporting, and ad hoc task across IAD and its Divisions.
Specific responsibilities include:
- All FP&A deliverables for the Division
- The QFR EAC and LRP Development & Strategy
- Engagement with all other program finance and program control activities
- Supporting New Business: Strategy & Proposal support
- Mentoring and training analysts
- Ad hoc projects and special requests as needed

Basic Qualifications:- Experience in leading financial analysts
- Financial planning and analysis experience forecasting
Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash
- Experience with Space financial systems (SAP, Hyperion,
ECE, COBRA)
- Earned Value Management experience
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, and Word
Desired Skills:- Ability to work independently providing financial recommendations to program personnel and senior management
- Excellent analytical, and presentation skills; experience interfacing with and presenting to customers and leadership teams
- Detail oriented, self-starter
- Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills
- Prior leadership experience
- Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business related degree
- Experience working/supporting multiple contract vehicles/Types (CPAF, CPFF, FFP, Etc.)
