Job Description

Headquarters based in the North-West of Sydney with branch offices in other states around Australia, we are looking for a result driven Marketing Coordinator who will oversee day-to-day marketing activities and will proactively suggest, create, monitor and improve the content for our target audiences.

This position is in Brisbane QLD and will suit a dynamic individual to assist in our company's growth by supporting the marketing concept in the areas of company & product communication tools like web page content, social media and external events. Also, by supporting market analysis for products, solutions, and regions.

The Tasks:

  • Assist in development, update and maintenance of the corporate social media pages.
  • Develop content and online posts in cooperation with stakeholders.
  • Support and maintain Australian digital content for use with global Bosch Rexroth marketing.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of Corporate LinkedIn pages and develop contents.
  • Follow the standards of visual content creation (video/audio/photo etc.) for company function and engagement with external content creation agencies.
  • Support implementation and the execution of the marketing and communication strategy
  • Planning, developing and playing an active role in organising exhibitions, fairs, events.
  • Prepare presentations as required in the area.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, timeliness and respectfulness in all communication.
  • Contribute towards a positive team and work environment.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Graduated with Business Degree in Marketing as Major
  • Social Media competency
  • Experience in online Marketing is an advantage
  • Proficiency in photoshop, creative software, adobe suite and web editing would be advantageous
  • Digital competency in social media and visual communication is essential
  • Influencing skills, effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders would be desirable
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
  • High attention to details and thoroughness
