Key Responsibilities

• A rchitecting solution designs for complex U C aa S applications .

• Oversees the development of customi s ed software requirement s .
• G athering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems to identify areas in need of improvement, and supporting development teams.
• Provide regular update s on any developments in systems architecture projects.
• Informing stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
• Continually researching the current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.

• Evaluates the existing systems and provide technical direction .
• Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to help illustrate approaches to technology and business problems
• Provid e supervision and guidance to development teams. Act as subject matter expert for the organi s ation .

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor ' s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 5 years domain experience , with a minimum of 8 years as a solution architect with in a technology environment .
• Demonstrated e xpert ise in Java/Python/GO/C/C++ with a proven problem - solving abilit y with efficient & scalable design
• Strategic, focused, and business - oriented experience d in Architecting, Leading and Managing enterprise IT project life cycle, Application Architecture, Enterprise Application Design Integration, and establishing productive relationships with partners and customers.
• Experience d in Key functions includ ing Logical Architecture, Functional Architecture, Technical Architecture, Network/Deployment Architecture, BPM, SOA, High - Level Design Artifacts, Detail Design, Use cases reali s ation, mentoring of Development teams and code reviews.

• Experienced in integrating technologies across di fferent architectures at several large enterprises.
• E xpertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM): SAML, Kerberos, OAUTH, ACL based entitlements.
• Kubernetes/Docker, or Others.
• Knowledge and familiarity with cloud repositories and version control such as: Bitbucket, Github , or GitLabs .
• Familiarity with high level programming languages such as P ython used for Infrastructure-as-code automation.

• Familiarity with developer-level requirements using agile tools such as: JIRA and Confluence.
• Ensure all systems security operations and maintenance activities are properly documented and updated as necessary.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Broad understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system s.
• Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication skills interfacing with all levels of an organi s ation.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Extensive experience in using open-source components to derive a software stack that Python based application are deployed on.
• Proven track record in the design and implementation of converged solutions involving SIP / UCaaS te lephony platforms.
• Containeri s ation experi en ce would be an advantage.

• Knowledge of Cloud deployment of containerised software stacks .
• Team leadership skills
