Your Role Notion is looking for a Senior Product Designer to scale and optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our native iOS and Android mobile apps. You will work closely with our Lead Product Designer, as well as our product, engineering, and marketing teams to solve complex problems and deliver intuitive, exceptional, best-in-class user experiences that will drive customer conversion and retention. Job Description

C ore Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with, take direction from, and report to Notion’s Lead Product Designer.
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to solve broad, complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Create user flows and wireframes to communicate early design direction.
  • Create high-fidelity, clickable prototypes for usability testing and cross-functional communication.
  • Validate design decisions with end-to-end usability studies and user research, iterating quickly and thoughtfully based on user feedback.
  • Deliver design solutions that consider the intricacies and limitations across operating systems.
  • Create and maintain digital assets such as sitemaps, flow charts, and designs using Sketch, InVision, Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Lottie, and more.
  • Represent Notion users within product planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies as a part of a balanced, high-functioning product team.
  • Work with Notion’s Lead Product Designer to refine the Design team’s process and playbook, including cross-functional efficiencies and continuous discovery efforts
  • Maintain and optimize Notion’s Design System.
  • Mentor junior design, product, and engineering team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/Product Designer, building and designing for web and native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your process via problem statements, user-centered design methods and principles, and design artifacts.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end UX/Product Design experience, including qualitative and quantitative research, design, testing, and iterating.
  • Strong communication skills—you can clearly articulate the “why” behind your design decisions to your peers and cross-functional teams; comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
  • Strong collaboration skills—you are comfortable and excited about building relationships with not only Notion customers, but also the customer success, marketing, engineering, project management, and quality assurance teams.
  • Thorough and organized with the ability to prioritize, manage, and execute work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Bachelor's Degree

Salary:

Pay Range: $120,636.80 - $180,955.21

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
