This opportunity to join the RMS-C6ISR Undersea Warfare Finance & Business Operations team as a senior business operations manager provides significant portfolio size ( ~$400M Sales annually) , scope and visibility for career growth.
The successful candidate will lead the USW
Acoustic Sensors and Weapons Sub-Market Segment F&BO team in a dynamic
environment requiring strong leadership, the ability to work
independently, analyze financial and accounting data, be well versed in FAR guidelines and contract terms and conditions, develop
pricing strategies, proactively guide large
competitive proposals, resolve issues, and provide mentoring, training and development of a cohesive team. The successful candidate will provide
direct support to the Program Director of Acoustic Sensors and Weapons as well as the USW F&BO Director.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated Business Operations Leadership
experience including Financial Planning (e.g. -
Month End Close, Outlooks, LRP, MORs, CSRs),
Program Finance, and Proposal
Strategy/Leadership
- Strong communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide
sound data-driven analysis and decision making
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing
priorities and meet deadlines
Excellence in financial systems and tools ( eg: SAP/Hyperion) as well as Microsoft Excel
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Experience with LM RMS Financial systems, processes and policies as well as strong accounting background.
Good understanding of balance sheets and inventory control/management.
Experience with FMS/DCS contracts, including currency exchange and foreign ledgers
Experience in ASW programs, customers, contracts.
