The position will be a member of our Risk Management Applications support team, responsible for first-line support for users of our suite of software as a service (SaaS) and custom applications, including Lockheed Martin digital transformation signature programs. The role will also be responsible for handling any incidents and service requests that come into the queue and escalating issues to the dev team as needed. This position will also provide support for various collaboration environments, principally SharePoint and Box, with an emphasis on administration and SharePoint code changes. Basic Qualifications:
-Experience supporting end users in large enterprise applications.
-Experience working with SharePoint and other collaboration tools both administratively and programmatically.
-Experience managing service requests and incidents from incident management systems and collaboration tools such as Slack
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience working in a virtual environment
Desired Skills:
-Experience working with a third-party vendor to open support tickets, provide necessary logs, and information for problem diagnosis
-SharePoint development
-Manage service requests/incidents for enterprise applications, working directly with the end user to resolve issues
-Database skills, such as Microsoft SQL Server transact structured query language.
-Experience or strong interest IT modernization opportunities
