Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will design with passion the user experience for Siemens Healthineers products and services for different user groups in the field of medical technology
  • Your focus is always on the users, and you represent their needs to a variety of stakeholders in your respective project team and beyond
  • You will identify the needs of different user groups in user research and translate them into user journey maps and product requirements
  • You will develop user flows, information architecture and operating concepts for a variety of medical products and visualize your concepts using wireframes and interactive prototypes, which you will refine with users and internal stakeholders.
  • Join a major growing international team, with a strong emphasis on creative dialog, and on collaboration with one another as well as with other professionals. The teams work remotely or in the office, get together in the open-plan kitchen area, work in a maker space, use the research lab or run workshops in our creative spaces. We want to learn from each other and with each other, and enjoy putting our high standards for UX into practice together

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a master's degree in interaction design, human computer interaction, media design, ergonomics, psychology or similar. Alternatively you are a creative lateral entrant with impressive reference projects
  • You have many years of professional experience in an agency environment and/or in an in-house UX team with a significant portfolio. Experience in the field of medical technology is an advantage
  • You are experienced at working directly with software and hardware development
  • You have experience with UX in agile projects

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have a sound business knowledge of English. German language skills are an advantage
  • You are particularly passionate about working on creative concepts, set high quality standards for your work and are tenacious with strong attention to detail in user interaction. You are able to prioritize, focus on and structure tasks
  • You consider the results achieved and actively encourage the continuous improvement process in the team
  • As a team player you encourage collaboration and dialog within and outside the UX department at Siemens Healthineers
  • You are able to motivate others, are proactive and results-oriented and contribute topics independently which you then drive forward
