Role: What will I be doing?
- Lead the migration and implementation of a company-wide Learning Management System which provides training and enablement to employees, Partners and Customers.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various functions (IT, HR, GTM, Legal, Enablement) to identify functional and system requirements and success criteria while helping drive cross-functional alignment.
- Help drive cross-functional alignment and decisions required across IT.
- Negotiate competing requirements across business owners and establish project direction with business leaders.
- Partner with LMS vendor's Professional Services implementation team to successfully deploy enterprise Learning Management System
- Routinely identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for events that could impact the success of the program. Build in mitigation plans anticipating dependencies and risks, actively replan with business and delivery teams, and reset expectations throughout project delivery.
- Build commitment with delivery teams and business partners to effectively address project risks and issues.
- Helps identify project/program bottlenecks and proactively communicates and monitors resolution
- Communicate project progress by a variety of mediums: leading status meetings, email/slack communications, and developing project presentations. Ensure that information related to progress, and issues/risks are being communicated with the project teams, business owners, and sponsors.

Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!
- Experience in leading an LMS migration/implementation, preferably Cornerstone/Saba
- Deep subject matter expertise in enablement/Education functions and knowledge of LMS taxonomy
- Strong program/project management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to both frontline and executive audiences
- Ability to translate concepts, summarize, and communicate complex ideas in a simple and straight-forward fashion
- Proven experience managing multiple, high-impact priorities simultaneously, with minimal supervision
- Ability to embrace, pivot, and shift focus based on changing priorities and/or the business environment and champion innovative ideas
- Professionalism, positivity, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and teamwork
- Very good interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational planning skills and understanding of program management concepts
- Effective and creative in solving problems with an ability to identify issues and resolve, or identify the internal resources needed to assist
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail – the ability to work with a large amount of content and ability to consolidate and simplify to drive clarity
