The team Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position
The ABM (Account Based Marketing) Orchestration Manager will play a key role in activating ABM campaigns. You’ll have a strong operational focus on how to make ABM programs more programmatic and scalable and ensure we have the right processes and plans in place to be successful. In addition, you will deliver analytics and insights to the Account-Based Marketing team by synthesizing data that will be used to inform marketing success and identify opportunities for growth and optimization within ABM initiatives. As the ABM Program Manager, you will partner with Strategy and Operations to identify and report success metrics for the programs. The role will require a proven ability to work with vendors, partners, and internal constituents through all marketing channels, and must have the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of North America Marketing and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns across platforms including Demandbase, Eloqua, Outreach and more
  • Manage the relationship and collaboration across core marketing functions on ABM campaign concepts, custom content requirements, digital marketing support, message testing, and creative development to ensure effectiveness for regional accounts
  • Leverage our CDP, 3rd party intent data, and predictive modeling to recommend account clustering/segmentation by industry, product, persona, and/or buying stage to target with campaigns
  • Create account-specific experiences through dynamic ads, landing pages, and website
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define ABM campaign KPIs, develop tracking reports, and provide ongoing insight into campaign performance, channel metrics, account engagement/influence metrics, conversion, and ROI analysis
  • Own and operate the ABM tech stack–making campaigns easy to activate and data/reports accessible and actionable for the ABM team
  • Surface key metrics, learnings from data, and opportunities for optimization during regular presentations to the marketing and sales leadership team
  • Optimize Marketing capabilities across systems in support of digital marketing, account and lead scoring, nurture, sales enablement, and other core capabilities
  • Conduct regular marketing operations and campaign reviews to align marketing strategy with tactics

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or business or sales operations roles
  • 5+ years of exposure to B2B marketing funnel (leads, opportunities, pipeline, wins, revenue), lead management processes and marketing automation scoring models, and marketing KPIs such as conversion rates, Cost per lead, cost of customer acquisition, and Marketing ROI
  • Experience with modern ABM martech stack, Marketo/Eloqua, and Salesforce
  • Analytical experience with emphasis on ROI analysis and funnel optimization, and hands-on experience building reports and dashboards for tracking campaign results using martech stack
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products and services
  • Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth

Preferred qualifications

  • Proven analytical and strategic experience and are able to develop and implement creative solutions to operational challenges
  • Experience with the inside sales processes and the marketing and sales handoff, lead scoring, lead qualification, lead nurturing, opportunity creation, sales process, and activity reporting, etc.
  • A creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and passionate about finding efficient and effective solutions to operational challenges – especially through the use of systems and technologies
  • Passionate about metrics and able to take the lead on critical marketing and pipeline analysis reports that are used by senior executive staff
  • Results-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with peers and senior stakeholders across teams such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales, Inside Sales to optimize decision-making
  • Deep expertise and experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong background in data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data sets into concrete business recommendations for marketing and sales leadership, with the goal to optimize revenue-generating investments

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $85,000 - $113,725 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits at https://www.docusign.com/company/benefits.
