What you will do

• Lead design projects and work with content writers, website developers, contractors, demand gen managers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on internal and external marketing efforts such as digital, social, advertising, campaigns, sales collateral, video, event materials, interactive presentations, landing pages, and infographic design.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders from ideation to final execution.
• Support and contribute to integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop materials that express and elevate the Uptake brand.
• Manage and upkeep Uptake’s brand guidelines and standards.
• Create, maintain, update, and manage Uptake’s creative assets such as collateral templates, video templates, business card templates, and more.
• Manage and update Uptake’s internal Brand Confluence page on a regular basis.
• Act as Uptake’s creative Marketing resource for internal teams across the organization.
• Support with additional design, marketing, and other operational or administrative duties as required.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in designing for Marketing functions within the B2B space with a strong portfolio of work
• A strong understanding of graphic design, marketing processes, stakeholder alignment, product positioning, and multimedia design
• Proficiency with Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Final Cut or Premiere Pro
• Experience working with Marketo, Vidyard and PathFactory are a plus
• Attention to detail and adherence to product accuracy and brand guidelines
• Experience in designing for technology products in the B2B and/or ecommerce space
• Above all, must have a positive mindset that wants to be part of a winning, respectful, and fast-paced environment
