Job Description

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Product Implementation Manager for our Concierge Optimization Team.

About the role:

The Product Implementation Manager leads/oversees multiple complex, enterprise-wide product development projects and project-related activities. Drive delivery of new product launches and execution of the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders across Oscar's production units.

You will report to the Associate Director Strategy, Optimization. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Responsibilities:

  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate constantly and quickly. Identify opportunities and determine product vision and strategy.
  • Manage projects through all phases of the life cycle, including project initiation, requirements, design, testing, implementation and post implementation review.
  • Promote leadership through collaboration, cooperation and communication across teams to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Ensure that communication plans are documented and completed for new product launches.
  • Partner with project stakeholders to determine requirements, establish status reports, develop communication plans and create management presentations.
  • Monitor the status of specific project dependencies related to the project incorporating such constraints into the plan.
  • Identify and collaborate to prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks.
  • Development of direct reports, ensuring that colleagues are supported in professional development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management
  • Experience using data to improve programs
  • Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
  • Experience in delivering projects independently and within a team environment
  • Performed enterprise-wide initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, and developed all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support

  • Lean/Six Sigma Certifications
  • PMP Certifications or Program Management Certifications
  • Healthcare experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Healthcare Consulting)
