What will you be doing?

The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing the facilitation of an ongoing experience for all employees of Skai in our Israel locations, by providing consistent operational support and managing an inclusive and safe environment for Skai’s employees. You will be responsible for managing competing priorities while upholding Skai's core values:

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in facilitating and overseeing an ongoing employee experience.
  • Constantly drive to evolve the employee experience in the Israel office, from facilities to day-to-day needs.
  • Consistent delivery of exceptional operational and facilities support along with other team members on site.
  • Manage all day-to-day office operations for our Israel locations.
  • Closely partner with the HR team to support welfare needs.
  • Manage office vendor operations and relationships including janitorial, food/beverage service, internal security, and others as needed.
  • Perform the necessary task(s) to satisfy general office inquiries and maintenance requests.
  • Receive, assess, solve for or escalate to management any office-related security or other issues reported to the team.
  • Partner with HR and managers to assist with new employee onboarding, including sitting, first-day experience, and other assignments as needed.
  • Manage/maintain an active seating chart for the office and make adjustments as assignments change.
  • Support visits in the office including client visits and visits from our global offices.
  • Partner with leadership and other teams to provide facilities support for Skai events.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with other team members in regard to any facilities needs.
  • Partner with the Security Manager to ensure all physical security standards are in place and adhered to at all times.
  • Assist senior management in overseeing the budget for operations.

Requirements

  • 3+years of office operations experience
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships. across departments, work collaboratively, and manage conflict constructively.
  • Ability to remain agile and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks/duties as assigned and delegating tasks as needed.
  • Mobility to visit all our sites in Israel.
  • Availability to work between 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday – Thursday.
  • English (fluent in writing and speaking).
