Job Description

1. Develop and manage Bosch Workshop Concept: Module Workshop

• Working together with Bosch Preferred Partners and eXtra Manager developing Bosch Module workshop
• Create sell out campaigns for Module workshop with the support of distribution strategy with Preferred Partners
• Creating Sales Dashboard monitoring sell-out and market penetration

2. Managing Bosch Car Service channel

• Analyze and advice business development along with performance of Bosch Car Service
• Ensure all Bosch Car Service network are achieved top notch status
• Conducting annual review and audit of all Bosch Car Service

3. Product Category Lead (Local Product Specialist)

• Develop and execute channel specific promotions and sales supporting measures
• Work as an extended arm of sales team, visit to introduce & expand the product portfolio to customers by providing technical (product related) assistance.
• Create local market intelligence for the responsible products i.e competitors, cross reference, pricing, after sales support.
• Work with BU to get/ develop the relevant product specific communication materials, if required adapt to local language.
• Work closely with CLP & Sales team to create most realistic demand plan for the product. Review stocks development to avoid stock out situation.
• Plan, manage and execute product introductions

Qualifications

What Bosch is looking for!

• Degree in Business Management/ Marketing/Automotive/Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Automotive related industry and project management experience is required.
• Good leadership skills which involving in developing talents, drive passion and showing personality & energy that boost the positive vibe in the team.
• Strong business communication with convincing business presentation skills.
• Experience using SAP system is an advantage.
