Job Description

We are looking for an Software Project Component Manager (SW-PCM) who is willing to work on a project where each team member contributes to the SW/SYS Development success of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features. Technical curiosity paired with a passion for engineering is a must for this role, we are looking for someone who applies strategic problem solving and enables the team to understand even the most complex technical challenges down to the last bit. Eagerness to own SW/SYS topics as per the V Model Software Development Life Cycle, accountability for quality of products as per ASPICE processes and team management skills are a must for this role.

Objective
Software/System Development Planning Activities for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) SW Projects.

Responsibilities

  • Embedded Software/System Development Planning and Tracking on: Requirements Management, Code Development, ASPICE Process Compliance Assurance, as well as documentation activities for Driver Assistance products (Mostly vehicle ultrasonic sensors)
  • Requirements Traceability and Release Plan support.
  • Creation and maintenance of the Release schedule (including resource planning).
  • Definition and coordination of the Release activities (including assignment of responsibilities).
  • Selection of development platforms (Development test lab bench needs).
  • Generation of SW Release Notes.
  • Tracking and reporting of development status.
  • Escalation of resource conflicts.
  • Coordination of the release strategy with other Project Component Managers (HW PCM, Mech PCM, etc), especially to identify resource overlaps and planning gaps.
  • Organization of the change management control board.
  • Main contact for Embedded SW Development topics for the whole project.
  • Remote Development Benches Maintenance and Support.
  • Follow quality process for software development according to ISO26262 and ASPICE.

Qualifications

  • Embedded SW Development Experience (3+ Years of Experience).
  • Bachelor degree in Electronics engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar.
  • Practical experience on Automotive SPICE Quality Processes on several projects.
  • ECU simulation and Testing Tools (CANoe, Canalyzer) (3+ Years of Experience).
  • Programming: C and Python – Intermediate Level (2+ Years of Experience).
  • Vehicle Networking Experience: CAN Communication Protocol (3+ Years of Experience).
  • UDS: ODX, security levels and DTCs, reflashing services, DIDs, RIDs, etc.
  • Experience on Change management tools (e.g. Git/MKS/Clearcase) .
  • Experience on Configuration management tools (e.g. JIRA, IBM ALM)
  • Requirements Management Experience (e.g. DOORs).
  • English advanced level (B2 or C1 level at least).
  • Time Management skills.
  • Result orientation.
  • Ability to motivate others.
  • Team management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Master Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar.
  • Experience as Project Manager Jr. on any Automotive Domain (Software, Hardware, Mechanical) for at least 1 year.
  • PMP certification.
  • Scrum Master Certification
