We are looking for a Data Integrity Manager to join our Data Intelligence team (remote U.S. west coast, or Tacoma), reporting to the director of Data Intelligence. In this role, you will manage the data integrity of master data within our CRM platform to ensure accurate reporting and system functionality including developing, implementing, and maintaining data quality solutions to enhance our foundational data. You will evaluate process efficiency as well as reconcile data between systems and work with all functional teams to understand and document data definitions for consistent reporting throughout the organization.

You are Salesforce Admin certified with strong analytical, problem-solving, and business intelligence skills. You are self-motivated, with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and the drive to go above and beyond.

What you’ll do:

  • Actively participate in key corporate initiatives to ensure the availability of accurate system-generated information
  • Support major initiatives by offering suggestions to improve business performance
  • Work with all functional organizations to understand and prioritize data cleanup projects
  • Participate in cross-functional data governance forums
  • Audit our account master data to identify areas of improvement
  • Assess data inconsistencies to identify root cause, and propose and implement solutions
  • Provide guidance on how to make data usable to our stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to create a reporting data dictionary

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, marketing operations, and/or finance
  • Salesforce Admin certification preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools
  • Ability to identify root causes and effects of process and system issues
  • Experience working with multiple organizations with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance, or related quantitative field

  • Establish cross-functional relationships with sales, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
  • Collaborate with and mentor teammates

After about a year, you will...

  • Have extensive knowledge of internal systems and process
  • Be the go-to person for all things data quality
  • Make a significant contribution towards data accuracy
  • Implement system and process solutions
