Our UK business is growing rapidly, and we have ambitious growth plans for 2022. In this role, you'll report to the UK Marketing Director and work closely with our marketing team in the US and other internal stakeholders. You'll focus on developing compelling content and delivering campaigns to support our GTM plans in the UK, helping to build awareness and engagement in our product propositions, whilst also delivering a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities for our sales and partnerships team. What you'll do:
- Develop content for our key UK target audiences (e.g. blogs, thought leadership, audio-visual assets, website copy and sales materials) and support the development of content for placing in target media outlets
- Execute on a content strategy for our UK website, adding awesome content for our target audiences that both drives awareness and provides value to visitors, supporting inbound lead generation
- Lead the execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns, utilising earned, owned and paid media channels (e.g. google advertising, paid social), delivering high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) into the sales pipeline for nurturing and/or conversion
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting using appropriate tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies; build and manage reporting dashboards to measure demand generation KPIs and report back to internal teams
- Help manage our events schedule and identify new editorial opportunities for Big Health key opinion leaders; manage a series of webinars specifically to support lead generation campaign activity for the UK market
- Accelerate our B2B organic social media outreach, leveraging great content and messaging to best effect; develop social media campaigns that help build awareness and engagement amongst our target audience and drive traffic to our website
What you bring:
- 2-3 years experience working for a B2B SaaS brand in the healthtech sector, marketing to NHS organisations
- Experience managing multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns, including using campaign measurement tools (e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics) to drive performance, and measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging campaigns and execute effectively, using data and technology to drive MQLs
- Excellent communication skills with a highly creative and innovative approach to content development, with experience in developing compelling messaging and copy that convey complex themes with simple, engaging narratives
- Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage tight schedules
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small but growing team and the ability to work independently and unsupervised as needed
