As an Application Developer at Lifion you’ll be at the forefront of platform application development, driving the end-to-end creation of a suite of applications. Leveraging your technical foundation, you’ll have the opportunity to rapidly develop solutions that directly impact customers and their organizations.

Responsibilities

• The Application Developer is a primary resource for technical design, development, testing, support and ongoing maintenance for platform applications
• Implement and configure application functionality including user interfaces, business rules, workflows and complex logic
• Work closely with associates in the US to gather & understand requirements, propose solutions and provide support
• Work with support teams to troubleshoot issues and determine root cause
• Provide feedback on processes and drive both technology change as well as product insight
• Pro-actively highlight issues and determine useful features for the platform teams through the proper channels
• Ensure all work is tested thoroughly through manual and automated testing
• Ability to multi task and take ownership of own progress & tasks
• Contribute to ongoing development of the team’s processes, procedures and best practices

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in application development.
• Any SharePoint or coding background would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in frontend technologies like Angular, React etc is a plus.
• Knowledge/experience of web development tools, scripting and SQL queries is a plus
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and documenting business processes
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated experience documenting/configuring solutions for complex business and data intensive systems
