Job Description

The Rexroth Specialist Position responsibility include (but not limiting to) assisting consumers with routing calls accordingly, data entry and technical issues, while providing world-class customer service.

• Document calls/cases in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.

• Answering phones from customers professionally, clearly and with effective communication.

• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints with patience.

• Researching required information using available resources.

• Work closely with the DCUS Bosch Rexroth Team to manage and continuously improve resources for quick responses.

• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.

• Minor technical troubleshooting

• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma

  • Associates degree preferred

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

• 2+ years of experience working in a customer service environment, experience in dealing with the public, providing phone support or in-person customer support.

• Quick understanding/ learning capabilities

• Good troubleshooting skills

• Good computer skills

• Microsoft Office Suite experience required

• Good multi-tasking skills.

• SAP experience a plus

• Bilingual in English and French (Canadian) strongly preferred
