In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
We are seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for the Depot Support Management portion of a Multi-year U-2 Electronic Warfare Supplies and Services Contract. This position requires a self-motivated leader who is experienced in building strong cross-functional teams focused on continual process improvement. There will be daily interaction with our Customer where building and sustaining a positive and cooperative relationship is key. Experience in Aviation Logistics and how to optimize the supply chain from forward locations back through our Depot will aid the successful candidate in ensuring system components are available on the shelf when needed. This position affords a great opportunity to make a significant impact and be a key player in the continuing support of this crucial asset in the US Air Force inventory. The U-2 Program is growing through new development and the customer’s focus on sustaining the platform for the foreseeable future. This position offers a challenging, exciting leadership opportunity to grow with the program.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
**Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status**
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree and 8 years experience in technical leadership, or other relevant work experience.
Experience leading teams on efforts of significant complexity
Discipline experience and/or expertise in Logistics, Operations, and Supply Chain Management
Demonstrated experience in an externally facing role, building customer relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature
Demonstrated program/project management skills or equivalent. Strong understanding of latest Program Management discipline requirements and procedures.
Experience working with Integrated Master Schedules and Risk Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
