Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding Account Manager to join our Commercial Partnerships Team. A key team member as we expand into Latin America with comprehensive platform knowledge who can anticipate client and sales team needs! Responsible for coordinating efforts to support the full sales cycle. This role includes strategy and media planning, consultative selling, project management, and data-led storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Launch new Music Advertising products to the Label community in Latin America
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spotify’s Label and Licensing partners
- Responsible for RFP response and media plan creation processes across all buying channels available to the Labels
- Understand customer critical metrics and strategically advise them on how to make the best use of Spotify's buying channels and products to drive the best outcome for any given situation.
- Preparation of key data points for client meetings and in support of media & strategic recommendations; fielding client questions as is required throughout the sales cycle
- Synthesize customer feedback and deliver it to the product team to help craft the future of Music Ads formats and tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to handle campaign activation, performance, identify & close incremental revenue opportunities, and ensure client success
- Own post-campaign analysis with takeaways and recommendations to drive repeat business
Who You Are
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
- 4+ years experience in digital media, implementation planning, and/or buying with strong industry knowledge and a desire to grow within the industry
- You have the ability to translate client requests to make recommendations that meet business objectives
- You are able to craft impactful sales rationale stories by using data and research
- You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline, and detailed oriented environment and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail who can work independently within a team focused organization
- You have excellent dexterity in Excel and Powerpoint and have experience working within CRMs, OMSs, ad servers, and other digital media tech systems
- You preferably speak English, Spanish and Portuguese, please submit your resume in English
