About the position:

Netskope is looking for a Director of Corporate Events to help take us to the next level. Working closely with your team, the Director of Corporate Events will have oversight over major trade shows and company events such as Netskope’s annual global sales kick off, global summits, and the expansion of our event strategy. The ideal candidate will have previously had direct responsibility for a range of events including user conferences, and major trade shows (e.g., RSA Conference, Mobile World Congress, CES, etc.). In addition, the Director of Corporate Events will have a track record for maximizing event value and measuring event effectiveness. Given the nature of this role, we expect you to be a strong collaborator and communicator and to have an impeccable attention to details, timelines, budgets, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute corporate events with a range of complexity from high-profile internal meetings to large-scale industry conferences
• Collaborate closely with executives, sales leadership, field sales, corporate marketing, content marketing, partner marketing to create and deliver integrated corporate events and experiences that tie back to company objectives
• Oversee all aspects of third-party industry tradeshows and conferences, including logistics, budgeting, vendor and partner management, and working with internal stakeholders to drive strategy around the event
• Drive internal processes for successful project management of events, from conception to completion
• Advise on corporate event budget - oversee budgets and work with marketing leadership and finance stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Define, maintain, track , and communicate event metrics that are critical to the success of events, such as lead conversion, pipeline, and ROI analysis
• Act as primary onsite lead at events as needed

Job Requirements:

• Experience directing event strategy and programs, including user conferences and third-party industry trade shows, preferably in a fast-paced/high-growth environment
• Experience running both in-person and virtual events
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, product, customer success, finance
• Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects
• Proficient in Salesforce, Splash, virtual event platforms
• Experience working with events that contain a in-person and virtual experience

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree
