Job Description

• Train and mentor team members to deliver the regulatory reports
• Develop Reports based on requirements.
• Production support for customers who are already live on the solution
• Internal co-ordination with IT, Testing etc.
• Stakeholder management

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3-4 years of extensive experience in reg reporting solution development or implementation.
• Must have banking functional knowledge
• Some exposure to regulatory reporting in India is a must
• Should be very strong in SQL with ability to train and groom team members
• Able to quickly adapt and learn.
• Able to jump into an ambiguous situation and able to take the lead.
• Able to communicate and coordinate across various teams.
• Linux/Unix - Shell scripting + SQL (RDBMS)
