Description:This Enterprise IT position supports the Security Operations customer (i.e., LMSecurity). It is responsible for coordinating enterprise-wide Security application changes, interfacing with various levels of management, and interfacing with various levels of technical support teams as well as representatives from the Lockheed Martin Business Areas.
This position will require researching, analyzing and summarizing information and data to effectively manage business processes and recommend process improvements. Analyst will be expected to identify creative and innovative ways to affect positive change while applying lean thinking methodologies and teaming strategies to increase efficiency and the effective impact of the security operations function on the enterprise. Analyst will use effective communications techniques to educate the organization when collaboration and partnering is required to support Security Operations' objectives and requirements. This position necessitates working a flexible schedule to periodically support non-core business hours.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience acting as a liaison between the functional customer/data owner and technical team
• Experience delivering comprehensive functional documentation (requirements, test plans, test scripts, standard operating instructions)
• Familiarity with IT software applications and functional operations support and experience acting as the functional subject matter expert for those applications
• Experience coordinating and leading execution of the requirements and testing phases of the software development life cycle
• Experience in performing detailed data analysis
• Experience performing business process re-engineering or process consulting
• Experience working in virtual teams
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) with all levels of management
• Extensive technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Candidates must have the ability to obtain a security clearance
• Interim Secret needed prior to start
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of various LMSecurity applications to include investigations, clearance prescreening, security operations and crisis management
• Knowledge and experience with other phases of the software development lifecycle (i.e., ConOps, Planning, Design, Deployment)
• Experience in delivering comprehensive technical documentation (systems requirements, design, deployment)
• Knowledgeable in relational database management systems
