What you'll get to do

• Provide tools and automation to support our high-scale infrastructure
• Ensure our most critical, distributed services, are highly available to millions of consumers
• Collaborate in a dynamic and autonomous environment and work closely with other SRE & DBA engineers
• Be part of a team that will take full operational responsibility for the services as well as on-call rotation
• Share your knowledge and build creative solutions while helping the team evolve best practices

Who you are

• You are able to drive change and often ask yourself why we do things the way we do. You understand the importance of collaboration both in and beyond your team to ensure quality results. It’s natural if you have not done everything we do at Klarna - instead you see this as an opportunity to learn.

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

• Experience of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with scripting languages (ideally Python)
• Experience with Monitoring & logging tasks
• Experience of any cloud provider
• Good communication skills in English
