We are experiencing a period of rapid growth and product innovation, at an exciting and fast-moving time for the events industry. You will play a critical role in shaping a consistent product analytics strategy across Cvent's product portfolio, with a focus on enabling product teams to instrument, measure and experiment effectively. You will have a broad and visible impact to our business.

What you will be doing:

• Instrumentation: define and operationalize standard ways for product teams to capture, analyze and share data
• Measurement: track platform-level success metrics across different market segments to discover areas of strength, weakness and growth potential; share insights with cross-functional leadership
• Experimentation: identify opportunities for experimentation in key user journeys, and partner with product teams to execute
• Education: bring your expertise in analytics to the broader product management organization - teach teams to fish

Your background:

This is a unique role; we encourage you to apply even if not all these things apply to you. You may have a background in product management, analytics, or data science. If you have not worked in a product role before, experience with data and analytics across large cross-functional teams could still make you a good fit.

• You have 5+ Years of experience in SaaS Product Management, Growth, Analytics, Data Science or a mix of related roles
• You have experience working with product data & analytics tools - maybe even working on one
• You're comfortable with hands-on data analysis and working with large data sets, with strong SQL skills
• You have worked on bringing data from multiple sources into presentation tools like Tableau
• You thrive in ambiguous and evolving circumstances
• You enjoy working with others - this is a highly collaborative role that will require working with many teams across Cvent
