Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Implementation:
Work with the global teams to assess the health of our TA infrastructure, tools, systems, policies & practices from time to time and work on improvement/enhancement measures. Represent the region/country to build in local nuances into the systems as required
Work with multiple stakeholders including Global TA ops, corp IT/systems teams, legal, comp, HRBP teams etc,. to define, refine, implement efficient process flows and systems that enable teams to achieve their hiring goals
Ensure successful implementation of Global roll-outs with regard to Systems, tool, processes etc,. at the region/country level. Drive an effective change management plan and a communications plan during the implementation phase.
Branding, Talent Insights & Communications
Partner closely with the Country TA team, Global & Local Comms teams to co-create a branding strategy. Closely monitor external channels that provide candidate sentiment and feed it into our initiatives and plans
Work with the global TA comms team to effectively manage and action incoming communication requests for the region. Partner closely with regional/country comms to manage & execute at a local level.
Build strong connections with employee resource groups (communities), hiring managers, and overall talent team to gain insights and drive change along with the TA delivery team to hire & build a diverse workforce.
Possesses industry knowledge and ability to leverage tools to research and understand the local market across functions. Ability to adjust strategies based on known factors and advise talent team on best tactics to resolve immediate talent gaps. Work closely with the Global Talent Insights team for the same.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop, manage and standardize global and local TA dashboards that will help track progress against KPIs, measure success, and report on learnings and key outcomes from recruiting programs & initiatives.
Vendor Management
Drive vendor/agency refresher exercise every year for the respective markets. Oversee the vendor empanelment & onboarding process including PO processing and payouts.
TA Enablement
Implement a TA focused knowledge base for the region/country. Upgrade, expand, and continually improve the content.
Re-architect structuring of information on our All Things Talent Acquisition (ATTA) to create 1 intuitive, easy-to-use experience for our TA teams.
Ensure team adoption of enablement content via measurable behavior change.
