As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting our Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in enabling the success of Bolt’s partnerships and business expansion opportunities. This role will be directly responsible for constructing detailed financial models, supporting live deal discussions, and evaluating business performance. Reporting into Sales and Business Development Finance, you will work closely with senior leadership and have significant cross-functional exposure. The ideal candidate is a strong contributor, detail-oriented, and a highly adept communicator.

What You Will Be Doing:

    • Partner closely with Business Development leaders to enable successful outcomes for a range of partnership opportunities
    • Leverage your financial expertise by creating complex, multi-scenario deal models to help drive effective decision making
    • Quantify the impact of real-time strategic initiatives on Bolt’s financial statements and provide recommendations to leadership
    • Build and maintain processes to support financial planning and business performance measurement
    • Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Legal and other business partners to facilitate end-to-end deal cycle management
    • Bring a collaborative, hands-on approach to your work, developing open communications and productive work relationships with your stakeholders

What would set you up for success:

    • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in an FP&A, Corporate Development or Investment Banking
    • Prior experience supporting Business Development teams at a high-growth FinTech or Software company strongly preferred
    • Ability to define a business problem, collate the required information, analyze results and create a compelling argument for a solution
    • Exceptional business judgment; capable of getting results with a focused, pragmatic approach
    • Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office / G Suite skills: Excel / Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or another relevant field
