Job Description

• Portfolio Development Assortment planning, product range improvement, ensure high sold coverage, ensure availability of program for 2W, 4W and HCV segment.
• Price Condition Management Ensure price competitiveness, sufficient margin & profitability.
• Coordination of Strategy With Sales Representatives Creation and execution of marketing and sales strategy within the team.
• Demand Planning Ensure proper demand plan in relation to business plan
• Channel Activities, Advertising and Promotion Management Create marketing promotions, campaigns and commercial programs that would drive growth

Qualifications

• Professional Experience 2-4 years in Product or Sales Management
• Competency Experience Marketing, Sales Management
• Skills With Data Analytics, Techno-Commercial, Presentation, Leadership and Communication Skills,
• Education Preferably a Business Management or Industrial Engineering Graduate
• Others Persuasive, Team Player, Cooperative, Result and Future Oriented
