Project Site Manager (D&L Project, EPIC)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget
• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
• Ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met
• Reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
• Liaising with the client, other construction professionals
• Coordinating and supervising the 3rd party suppliers' installation works
• Ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
• Assessing and minimizing risk
• Writing project reports and keeping on top of paperwork
• Helping in securing permits

What do I need to qualify for the role?

• Minimum of five (5) year experience in project construction handling electrical and instrumentation works
• Graduate of any Electrical, Automation or Instrumentation Engineering course or equivalent
• Have good communication & written skills and proficient in project reporting
• Have knowledge in project scheduling using MS project or equivalent
• Have knowledge in construction health and safety topics
• Able to manage subcontractors and able to meet project schedules
• Able to monitor the progress and report back to the client or client’s representatives
• Preferably residents of Batangas or willing to be assigned in Batangas
