Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Transformation Portfolio Plans, IT Strategic Plans, and Governance mechanisms based on Enterprise Architectures, for enterprises and/or specific program areas or business functions
  • Work to develop business, information, application, technology and/or security architectures enterprise-wide or for specific lines of business, program areas or business functions
  • Provide guidance on solution considerations associated with implementation of cloud solutions versus traditional implementations, modular development strategies and how EA supports agile development teams; develop generalized reference models for specific industry sectors
  • Establish Enterprise Architecture practices, capabilities, standards and methods along with the evaluation of application and technology portfolios in relation to target architectures
  • Provide enterprise architectures to support program evaluations and performance reviews of business and IT functions and estimate the cost of large-scale transformation efforts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent professional work experience in one or more of the traditional Health Human Service domains: Medicaid, Child Welfare, SNAP, TANF, Child Support Enforcement, etc. or consulting in those areas
  • Enterprise architecture skills in one or more areas, including: business architecture, information architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, security architecture; relevant designation, including but not limited to, TOGAF, IFPUG, EBA, PMP, CISA, ITIL, CMC, SEI certifications, CoBIT certifications, Rational certifications
  • Experience in solution development and implementation, including business or technical planning, design, requirements analysis and implementation skills
  • Skills and expertise in applying and coaching others in one or more of the following: data modeling, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Excellent written and oral business communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; University degree, preferably in computer science, business or a similar discipline
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for Visa sponsorship now or in the future
