Job Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing project management strategies to achieve required HR department objectives. Provides indirect leadership to regional and division office functional operations managers. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development.

Core Responsibilities
- Leads cross functional teams and projects related to HR initiatives that impact all aspects of the region or function – leads this work across the division, bringing together regional and division office resources for consistent execution and collaboration.
- Leads and Manages all assigned projects to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands and maintenance of overall project ownership
- Coordinates all annual processes including annual performance management process.
- Recommends and implements workflow processes improvements across the HR team. Develops processes and procedures to drive efficiencies.
- Develops, maintains and manages detailed project plans, action item registers and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects. Plans and directs schedule and budget.
- Maintains communication with stakeholders. Provides status reports to Project Managers, vendors, stakeholders and resources.
- Facilitates project meetings.
- Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management.
- Counsels, orientates and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.
- Oversees, handles and manages Employee Relations issues. Assists with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling.
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
- Manages direct reports. Ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and it's employees.
- Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
- Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
