We are looking for a brilliant and exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the product for our eLearning business. Our eLearning solutions enable our sellers to advance their careers and our buyers to manage and grow their businesses. As a Product Manager, you will make a huge impact by leading an innovative, large-scale product that will be used by millions of people across the world. You will join a flat organization, lead multidisciplinary teams, define and lead the product roadmap, work at high cadence meeting aggressive time to market.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work . This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

What am I going to do?

Make an impact - grow the business by leading your team in the following:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, UX writers, usability experts, analysts, and data scientists
• Understand your opportunity domain, build an impact-driven roadmap, successfully execute, and iterate
• Innovate and prioritize products and features.

In addition to your product organization, you will also:

• Learn, understand, and be involved with the entire Fiverr product
• Understand the company goals and objectives and the long-term strategy
• Participate in strategic planning within your domain
• Be a domain expert and a source of knowledge

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience as an entrepreneur, product manager, and leader, working on products with substantial outreach to millions of users
• A leader + doer, with a proven track record of making an impact as a product leader
• Strong product sense, ability to understand problems and opportunities
• Strong analytical skills, developing product hypotheses and understanding the results
• Strong ability to transform opportunities and needs into products and features
• Proven track record of leading cross-organizational efforts in building and launching complex products while managing the intricate operations and numerous moving parts
• Good understanding of UI/UX
• Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and eloquent presenter
• Ability to work in a fast-paced internet startup environment
• People’s person, a passionate storyteller
• Experience in eLearning is a plus
• BA/MA/BSc/MSc in related fields
