We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager to join the team to help us reach our next stages of growth with our target enterprise and mid-market accounts. The ideal candidate will have deep experience operationalizing and innovating an account-based, full-funnel connected sales and marketing strategy across paid, earned and owned channels to drive engagement and qualified leads for sales.

What you'll do

    • Planning - develop account-based strategies and plans to meet the enterprise growth objectives for Bolt, including budget management, channel selection, collaboration with sales, personalization, and 1:1 marketing
    • Managing - work cross-functionality with media planners, creative team, digital team, sales, and marketing operations to ensure our account-based approach is effectively moving enterprise and mid-market prospects through the funnel
    • Measuring - establish a robust enterprise full-funnel, cross-channel measurement and reporting framework for ABM programs and campaigns
    • Optimizing - proactively drive enterprise funnel management and optimize performance media plans across all levers including account-based targeting, web personalization, and partner marketing, to meet business objectives and improve customer acquisition costs
    • Innovating - ensure that Bolt is operating at the forefront of the available capabilities in the market for account-based marketing - pilot and test new programs with sales, stay informed about emerging techniques and technologies, research and understand market trends and media trends to inform strategy and execution
    • Partnering - partner internally with sales and marketing functions to deliver account-based marketing programs and connect enterprise prospects with delightful end to end customer journeys and experiences. Partner externally and own marketing relationships with key technology partners to build co-marketing strategies to achieve joint growth goals

Who you are

    • 7+ years of professional experience building highly performant and optimized account based marketing programs
    • Expert understanding of performance media channels, techniques and technologies
    • Experience working directly with analytics tools
    • Experience working directly with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase
    • Experience working with a global, distributed team on global marketing efforts and campaign localization
    • Experience managing and optimizing an account-based approach with strong collaboration with sales teams
    • Deeply analytical with experience building experimentation and optimization strategies across multiple campaigns and channels across the marketing lifecycle, and with the ability to drive decisions and optimizations through data
    • Attention to detail with an organizational ability to maintain focus on quality while delivering multiple projects and meeting deadlines
    • A strategic thinker and independent worker with strong project management skills and a laser attention to detail
    • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with departments, influencing without direct authority, and building strong relationships across teams
    • A creative thinker who can ideate with marketing teams while also being able to talk and execute practical and analytical details with agencies, publishers and analysts
    • A strong desire to practice a Conscious Culture
