Ubisoft Bordeaux
Founded in September 2017, Ubisoft Bordeaux works passionately on the biggest AAA games to deliver the best gaming experiences. Today, the studio has over 340 talents, from 15 different nationalities, working on licenses such as Assassin's Creed, Beyond Good & Evil 2, Rainbow Six, as well as other unannounced HD and mobile projects. We are also working on cross-functional cloud computing and game streaming projects with Harbour Team.
You will join the Online Services team, a transverse team of the Ubisoft group with an international presence, which develops shared services for productions. These services are used by many games, both during their development and once they are live and accessible to players. As these services are in great demand, the Online Services team must guarantee a high level of stability while continually developing new features to meet the needs of the productions.
You will be part of the Frontline support team, which provides supervision and technical support for the products that are integrated into our online games. In direct communication with the community of online programmers of all projects at Ubisoft, you will participate in the success of our games by helping them get the most out of the online services provided by our platform.
Job Description
The position has various sides and will allow you to express your technical and human skills: implementation consulting, investigation of complex problems, consulting, training, etc.
You will have to propose sustainable, flexible and stable solutions in an ever-changing context, on many subjects.
You will popularize information to answer integration questions in a clear and coherent way: both through your technical documentation, and in person during meetings with our partners.
