Our Diversity Sourcing Recruiter contributes to REI’s success by driving positive employer brand awareness through multiple talent sourcing channels that differentiate REI from competitors to attract and retain top and diverse talent. In this role you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, divisional leadership as well as HR Business Partners to consult and advise on hiring strategies, candidate assessment and timelines.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing channels, technologies and emerging trends in talent acquisition
- Create and implement passive sourcing strategies focused on increasing the concentration of diverse candidates at the top of the funnel
- Build a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and talent communities
- Work with vendors and partners related to building talent pipelines
- Build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure hiring requirements are met
- Monitor and manage individual performance to metrics
- Acts upon opportunities and involves and influences others in the accomplishment of worthwhile organizational goals
- Challenges the status quo, champions change and influences others to change
- Play an active role in REI's commitment to developing diverse candidate slates
Bring your passion and expertise
- 3 years corporate and/or search firm experience including sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting
- Proven success sourcing mid to senior level professionals in a variety of corporate functions including creative, marketing, or merchandising
- Demonstrated experience identifying and engaging diverse talent
- ATS and/or CMS experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including research
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to influence team members

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be lower or higher in different markets.
$47,500 to $97,500 per year
