International Localisation Operations Manager (London)

About the role

ClassPass/MindBody are hiring an International Localisation Operations Manager with a strong background in translation management to join our Marketing team. This team member will be part of our Conversion Rate Optimization team, aiming to continuously improve our web and app experience.

The International Localisation Operations Manager will be responsible for managing translations for product releases, web updates, customer communications and other cross-functional efforts. Additionally, the International Localisation Operations Manager will work with our engineering, product, creative and regional marketing teams to streamline our localization workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd party contributors and language leads to ensure timely, high-quality translations of all product and marketing assets
• Work with stakeholders to support the development and evolution of glossaries, style guides, brand guidelines, and ensure content is up to date and optimized for localisation
• Develop and continually improve localisation workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including regional marketing, creative, engineering, product, customer experience and stakeholders)

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Smartling or a similar tool
• Demonstrated experience in translation management
• Experience working with web developers
• Fluency in German, French, Dutch or Spanish is a plus
