Job Description

• Foster and promote self-organized and agile mindset (principles)
• Consult mentor and coaching team and the organization on the agile processes and methods (e.g. Kanban, Design Thinking, OKR, Digital Business Framework)
• Create transparency on dependencies and impediments within the team and across teams and enable cross-functional collaboration
• Enhance team efficiency by implementing empirical management (inspection, adaption and implementation)
• Ensure transparency of lacking skills within the team (e.g. via conducting competence camps) and support ongoing team development
• Actively shape and drive organizational change processes together with other Agile Masters in PT
• Foster feedback and development for individuals and teams
• Opportunity to Travel up to 50% within Asia Pacific and East Europe

Qualifications

• 2 years and above of professional experience in consulting and coaching Agile methods and frameworks
• Experience in Software Development/IT environment
• Knowledge of agile processes, OKR and methods and ability to tailor them to team and or needs communication, facilitation and moderation skills
• Knowledge and practical experience of coaching methods
• Understanding and active support of change management process
• Ability to drive decisions within a team on methods and tools to be used
• Conflict resolution and mediation skills
• Ability to lead team members according to servant leadership principles
• Positive mindset with a strong problem solving focus instead of problem orientation
• A role model in dealing with change
• Intercultural competence
• Strong communication skills
