Poshmark is looking for a Senior Redemptions Approval Associate who will focus on fraud and identity detection and will play a critical role in making sure that our marketplace is trusted and safe.

• Effectively review submitted identification documents to ensure our marketplace is safe
• Investigate users in a thorough, unbiased and fair manner
• Leverage a variety of data sources to establish informed decisions, including escalated decisions from associates
• Collaborate with various teams (including Integrity and Payments) teams to troubleshoot issues
• Effectively communicate team progress to management
• Use back office tools to take appropriate actions on user accounts or orders
• Learn the differences between the various types of fraud
• Interact with the Poshmark community about sensitive issues in a professional manner

6-Month Accomplishments:

• Familiar with Poshmark policies, processes, and procedures
• Familiar with all Poshmark internal tools
• Learn about all fraud types and replica trends to become comfortable making decisions
• Work independently and cross functionally to streamline processes to improve fraud processes
• Ability to provide input to improve and streamline processes
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks

12+ Month Accomplishments:

• Complete and exceed all 6-month responsibilities
• Become a master in fraud types and replica trends to be able to determine and act on accounts with no additional help

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 2 yrs of experience in relevant field.
• Great attention to detail & highly organized

• Previous fraud experience preferred
