The Role: The acquisition marketing team at Peerspace is responsible for all paid digital marketing initiatives from pre-launch strategy through to post-campaign reporting. Our primary KPI is to drive qualified traffic to the site from key paid sources to achieve our growth objectives. This year, we are expanding our footprint internationally and need a paid marketer to join our team, as this position is a critical part of the day-to-day operations and global strategy. We are looking for a performance marketer to scale our marketing acquisition efforts as we expand our reach into new markets for both guests (B2C) and hosts (B2B). You will own the paid marketing channel end to end, from the creation and implementation of ads to the analysis and review of our marketing efficiency. You will collaborate with key stakeholders cross-functionally and continue to develop new strategies for our paid marketing program. We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, proactive, strategic, not afraid to speak up, and who’s ready to lead audience development/traffic acquisition for our growing business. Responsibilities: ● Develop a scalable strategy using multi-channel marketing campaigns and tactics for location-based demand to achieve aggressive growth goals, both in the US and internationally ● Set up, tweak, analyze, and optimize paid search/SEM, social and display to drive customer acquisition ● Perform frequent audits to uncover A/B testing opportunities and areas to maximize efficient ROI/ROAS across multiple locations ● Collaborate with creative partners to develop compelling ad creative and copy that conveys Peerspace’s brand voice ● Oversee and suggest optimizations to improve UX and conversion rates across our site and landing pages ● Evaluate, test, and implement new channel opportunities to fuel growth ● Get hands-on with our tech stack and identify opportunities to enhance lead journey ● Be able to share performance updates with key stakeholders across the businessand convey what’s working and what’s not, and the plan to execute improved performance Requirements: ● 3-5 years in a performance-driven digital marketing position ● Proven success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on,roll-up-the-sleeves approach ● A skilled eye in catching price, bid or quality issues that impact performance andthe ability to troubleshoot and fix rapidly ● Expert knowledge of our main digital platforms - Google and Facebook/Instagram(Google Ads Search certification); in-depth understanding of keyword types,search term analysis, ad copy generation, bid strategy, retargeting strategy ● Direct hands-on experience with Facebook Ads campaign management andoptimization; experience with Pinterest Ads a plus ● Strong knowledge of and affinity for emerging trends in web, social media, andmobile to stay on top of potential new opportunities for the organization ● A solid understanding of tracking and attribution technologies, including changesdriven by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency enforcement ● Comfortable working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groupsto deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction. ● Experience working with product teams to test and optimize on-site experiencesand conversion efforts ● Strong decision making skills based on data analysis; efficient and result-orientedworking style ● Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a given time ● Bachelor’s degree required Working At Peerspace Peerspace is proudly certified as a Great Place to WorkTM and we're a remote first company with team members located in cities around the globe.
