V irtual Position - must reside within Northeast Division footprint

Core Responsibilities

• Support talent assessment and review process with analysis, reporting, and document preparation
• Use Data & Analytics to develop and communicate Talent Management metrics and tell talent management story
• Responsible for nomination, registration, P.O. process, tracking and reporting for any External, ULearn, HQ, or Division developmental programs.
• May partner with HR and ULearn to develop and implement leadership development programs as identified through the talent review process
• Coordinates the Talent process with other internal groups for leadership openings
• Key point of contact for field Talent Management Leaders on process, tools, and resources including Workday Career Hub and related
• Responsible for conducting queries in the TM system to bring up potential talent slates for current and/or future openings.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
