The Identity & Access Management Program Manager is a member of the Information Security Identity Access & Management team, reporting to an Identity & Access Management Team Leader. You will administer Fishers SSO and MFA platform, implementing new SAML integrations (including MFA) and supporting our usage of the platform.

The Day-to-Day:

• Be a SME for essential identity infrastructure supporting and scaling a global workforce
• Analyze and Implement new SAML and MFA (Verify or Hard Tokens) integrations within the Okta Platform as coordinated with internal clients and external technical resources
• Support existing SAML integrations
• Manage Fisher Investment's SSO and MFA Platform in Okta
• Provide technical expertise in automating processes related to Identity Management and Risk Analysis
• Design and perform upgrades to existing security infrastructure
• Provide input and direction on standards for new security processes

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IAM or related information security discipline
• 3+ years of experience implementing security solutions using AuthN / AuthZ protocols
• 3+ year of experience defining system architecture that includes SaaS and PaaS implementations
• 3+ years of experience developing system integrations using SAML
• BS degree in computer science, Information Security, or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience with IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and OpenID Connect in an enterprise environment
• Experience working as part of a Scrum team working in an Agile environment
• Preference given to experience in a regulated industry such as Finance or Healthcare
