Exciting opportunity to join Medtronic in the high growth portfolio of Structural Heart. As a Clinical Territory Manager based in WA, you will be passionate about the clinical setting, achieving sales results and growing market share for the Medtronic TAVI portfolio.

This is a great position for an experienced Territory Manager who has exposure in Medical devices, is passionate about the clinical environment and is seeking a great team and company culture to progress and develop their career.

A Day in the Life

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Providing high level clinical case support and case planning for our customers.
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
• Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
• Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Qualification

Several jurisdictions across Australia have established mandatory requirements for healthcare workers and others working in health care settings to be vaccinated with at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. To be eligible to apply and be considered for this role, Medtronic Australasia requires candidates to meet the conditions of the relevant and current Government directions (including Public Health Orders). The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence of vaccination before an appointment.
