The Consumer Data Platform Business Analyst will work with the Global Project Manager and Regional Platform Owners to deliver consumer data solutions to business stakeholders. This role will collaborate across both technology and business teams to align on a vision and will be responsible for documenting requirements and user stories to further define it. Will work closely with development/system integration vendors to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Key Activities

• Gathers data and analyzes business and user needs across multiple projects
• Creates requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, workflows, wireframes and mockups within traditional SDLC and/or Agile frameworks
• Works closely with the Global Program and Project Managers, Regional Platform Owners and end users to determine the best IT solutions
• Recommends controls by identifying problems; writes improved procedures
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Helps coordinate functional and user acceptance testing

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of business functional areas
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited universities with strong academic records
