Guild is hiring a Brand & Creative Project Director . In this position, you will help craft the future of the Brand & Creative group, influencing the trajectory of the broader organization. This role will be a close partner to our VP of Brand & Creative, and collaborate with other company leaders at the VP level and above. You will lead all aspects of Guild’s portfolio of projects, developing senior level cross-functional partnerships internally to prioritize, plan, manage and implement within agreed budget and timelines. You will work with various partners at all levels in the organization and will ensure successful delivery of our projects .

You will be leading the outlining, implementing & refinings of our systems and workflow, providing our Brand & Creative team with the structure and processes needed to achieve our business objectives.

As Brand & Creative Project Director, you will:

  • Strategically define and implement systems and processes for our team, connecting them to a spectrum of business units across the organization.
  • Manage the structure, scope, and prioritization of multiple projects with multiple work streams, balancing workloads across the brand and creative team, diving deep enough to understand the details of each project specifically, while adeptly prioritizing and managing a variety of projects, inbound requests, and roadmap goals.
  • Own, evolve and refine the creative and production process based on project requirements, raising flags when projects fall behind or run into blockers, highlighting patterns in project work and suggesting improvements to process & staff.
  • Confidently influence and communicate with teams and leaders cross-functionally throughout the organization daily, working collaboratively with internal and external staff, leading a multidisciplinary team toward desired results.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and development of creative communications across all channels and platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop positive relationships and communicate within various levels optimally in a fast-paced environment- balancing confidence, humility, and diplomacy both internally and externally
  • Highly organized with an interest and curiosity for crafting efficiencies that further streamline processes.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change with an ability to focus on the smallest detail as well as define broader strategic plans.
  • A successful track record of innovation and delivery across multiple platforms, prioritizing information quickly and summarizing it succinctly within a specified deadline to move the project forward
  • A passion for process improvement and the curiosity to constantly ask questions aimed at helping develop, measure and evolve these processes - never settling for “good enough.”
  • Comfort working in ambiguity with the ability to implement quickly with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong work ethic and independence, with a high degree of motivation to learn and iterate.
  • Experience in both a creative agency as well as client side is preferred.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $135,00-157,500 , as well as company stock options.
